- 1981- Company Founded by Chairman Mr. Trilok Mistry
- 1982- Started Manufacturing FRP Cooling Tower.
- 1983- Innovated Round Bottle Structure Cooling Tower.
- 1990- Introduced Modular Design Square & Rectangular Cooling Tower.
- 1995- Began Manufacturing In-House FRP Blades and Installed Balancing Machine.
- 1997- Opened New Manufacturing Plant at Pardi GIDC.
- 2002- Initiated R&D for CTI Certification, Completed in 2004.
- 2007- Achieved CTI Certification (First Company in India) and Manufactured Largest CT.
- 2011- Installed Indias First & Largest CTI Certified Cooling Tower for District Cooling in GIFT City, Ahmedabad (Tested by American Agency On-Site).
- 2012- Established Indias First Thermal Test Rig/In-House Test Rig for Cooling Tower Heat Load Testing.
- 2019- Obtained ISO Certification 9001:2015 and Set Up QC/Testing Lab facility at GIDC, Pardi.
- 2022- Achieved Cross Flow CTI certification. Achieved CII Eco Green Label Certificate.
- 2023- Ongoing R&D for FM Approved Cooling towers.
- 2024- Conducting R&D for Closed Loop CT and Adiabatic Coolers
